Pricing
2023 Prices: Overnight $41 per night
Additional Dog: $36 per night
Puppy and/or Holiday rate: $50
Pick-up time should be 24 hours from drop-off. (Example: if your pet is dropped off at 4:00 pm, pick up should be by 4:00 pm on the day you return. If you require additional time, we charge $2.00 per hour over the 24 hour period. We completely understand travel issues can arise, which is why we are more than happy to arrange a later time to accommodate your needs.
We are available to answer any questions, provide availability, and schedule meet and greets. We answer requests between the hours of 8:00 am and 9:00 pm. If you email outside of these hours, we will reach out to you as soon as we are able.
Payment
We will send you an invoice, based upon our discussion for dates and times. Payment in full is required to hold your space. All financial transactions are through Zelle, PayPal or Venmo which allows you to utilize your checking account, debit, or credit card securely.

Cancelation
A full refund is available if canceled by 12:00 pm CST two days before the service begins. If canceled later than 12:00 pm CST two days before the stay begins, a 50% refund is available for the first 7 canceled calendar days from the cancellation request date. A 100% refund is available for any additional days. All refunds are subject to a 3% service fee

Due to the high demand for pet - boarding services during the holiday season, stays that include the following dates will be priced at the holiday rate:

Memorial Day: May 24-28
Independence Day: July 1-7
Labor Day: Aug 30-Sept 3
Thanksgiving: Nov 27-Dec 2,
