Boarding
A Stress-Free Experience
Your dog’s happiness is our top priority. During their stay, we learn what they like and dislike, and always treat them with kindness and patience. Snuggles are always included—no extra charge.
We have experience caring for senior, blind, and hearing‑impaired dogs. We can administer eye drops, oral medications, and accommodate special diets. Our good‑sized backyard offers plenty of room to run and play, and in winter we snowblow trails so the dogs can still explore and have fun.
Meet and greet
We like to schedule a meet‑and‑greet to ensure your pups and ours get along. During this visit, we’ll talk about:
-
Your dog’s personality: What makes them unique and any concerns you have about leaving them in our care.
-
Behavior and background: Separation anxiety, history before joining your family, and whether they enjoy being around kids.
-
Health and safety: Dietary restrictions, medical needs, and anything else related to their well‑being.
Capacity
We typically limit the number of dogs in our care to three. If we know the dogs’ temperaments and need to accommodate overlapping schedules, we may occasionally allow four.
Requirements
-
Vaccinations: Up‑to‑date vaccinations are required.
-
Flea and tick prevention: Please ensure your dog is on flea and tick preventative from April through November.
-
Documentation: Provide proof of vaccinations and preventatives at the initial meet‑and‑greet or send a photo of the documents.
These requirements help protect the health and safety of all animals in our care and are also required by our insurance carrier.
Hours
Pick‑up and drop‑off hours are 7:30 am to 9:00 pm. Any arrangements outside these times will require an additional overnight stay.
Insurance
We are insured through Pet Care Insurance by Certain Underwriters at Lloyd’s, London.
